My passion for personal wellness has led me to become a breathing technique facilitator and a Certified Mentor in Personal Resilience and Stress Reduction with the HeartMath Institute, among others.
Through my own personal practice and exploration of breathing techniques and meditation, I became a co-creator of Psychedelic Breathwork, a conscious and coherent breathing technique that can help you release, understand and connect with your best self by cultivating resilience and coherence. in your life.
